CopyFolders 2 can easily make a backup of files stored in a bootable USB flash drive on a HD, create a copy of a bootable USB stick or create a multiboot USB pen drive.
To do this job you need:
- to set the mask of CF2 with the default value of ' * ' (single asterisk), so to copy also files without extension
- enable the copy of hidden and system files
- manually to format the USB pen drive in Fat32 (to format all partitions in case of multiboot flash drive)
- manually to create the several partitions on the USB stick, in case of multiboot one
To format a USB pen drive is absolutely simple:
- insert the USB drive in a usb port of your PC
- in file explorer: right ckick on the USB partition / Format
- select Fat 32 as File system
To create more partitions on a USB pen you don't need external programs:
- insert the USB drive in a usb port of your PC
- press Windows + R
- write 'diskmgmt.msc' and press 'Ok'
- follow the intructions that you can find online, like here or here
After to do that you simply insert both USK sticks in two USB ports of the PC, select the original flash drive as starting folder, the formatted one as destination folder then press in succession the 'List' and 'Copy' buttons.
