The program's executable (CopyFolders2.exe) is a "portable" one, since it includes both Microsoft NET.8 and all the libraries (.dll) required for its operation.

This means that, despite being distributed with an installer (Inno Setup) that installs the .exe in the appropriate folder with the relevant uninstallers, it can then be copied, pasted, and then ran from anywhere, including a USB stick.

The executable can be got directly from the program folder:

• open the program folder (Right click on the desktop program icon / Open file path)
• copy only the executable: "CopyFolde2.exe"
• paste it and run it directly from the pen drive

You can also get the single executable, in.zip format, directly from the CF2 download page. Click the link "Download the portable" in the middle of the page.

First time you will run CopyFolder 2 from a new PC all settings will start with program default values.
