You can run automatically at will (e.g. at some hour or when you close Windows) the program using the 'Task Scheduler' of the Control Panel / Administrative tool.

Click Create Basic Task...

and follow the wizard at will.

Remember to insert the word 'autorun' in the arguments text box of the 'Start a Program' window.
