If you get the above error while correctly using PS Never SitOut 2 on Aurora tables, please:
- Open the PokerStars settings folder:
(PokerStars Lobby / Help / Open My Settings Folder)
- Close both the PokerStars Client and PSNSO2
- Open the PokerStars "user.ini " file
- In the section: [Cocos] delete the item: CocosTableOption=0
If the section [Cocos] remains empty you can delete also this row
- Save and close the file "user.ini "
- Is PS Never SitOut a freeware program?
PS Never SitOut is a Trialware program: you can try it for free in all it tasks for about 30 days. After this period to use further the program you must enter a password, which is sent within 24 hours from the receipt of a donation of 8.00 euros.
- Program works with all graphic versions of PokerStars tables?
PS Never SitOut 3 works only with new Aurora graphics tables and with any table theme.
- How many installations can I do with a single donation?
You can install the program in any PC you want, logging PokerStars with the username with which was generated the password. In fact the program CODE depends from your PokerStars username.
- Why Chrome tells me that the Setup file could be dangerous?
Like thousands of installers, the setup file of PS Never SitOut is made by InnoSetup, and being the InnoSetup installers in .exe format (executable file) correctly the browser informs you that this kind of files are potentially dangerous.
PS Never SitOut is 100% viruses and trojan free. Anyhow, if you want to be 100% sure download it and before to run it scan the file with your antivirus.
- If Holdem Manager (PokerTracker) is running PS Never SitOut don't works
HM has a more low level code than that of PS Never SitOut and so can block some its functions. In order that PS Never SitOut can work if HM/PT is running, please try:
-Run PS Never SitOut, the PokerStars client and Holdem Manager (PT) with Admin privileges
(right click on the program icons / Run as Admin)
You can do this once (for each program) by:
Right click them desktop icons / Properties / Shortcut... button Advanced / Check "Run as administrator" (Windows 10).
- I don't see the program icon... how can I manage it?

If the icon is not visible it has been inserted from the OS in the window of the hided icons.
Grab the PS NSO icon by your mouse and drag it to the Windows taskbar: from now it will stay there. |
- Sometimes the program don't works
After any update of the PokerStars Client the Window Handle of the PokerStars Lobby changes and it is not recognized from the program. Please close and run again both the Lobby and PS Never SitOut.
- My anti-virus says the setup file contains malware!?!
My programs don't contain viruses or malware. However, since to interact with the gaming tables them use tens of Windows APIs, such as "GetForegroundWindow", "SendMessage" and many others... it's possible that some antivirus "see" some combination of these APIs as malware.
Make a scan of the file with the most current antivirus via VirusTotal: you'll see that the absolute majority of antivirus programs (and especially the professional ones) will not detect any malware
